About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Technical implementation within the Microsoft 365 environment
- Design and implementation of automations using Power Automate
- Development and deployment of productive Copilot use cases
- Creation of internal assistants using Copilot Studio
- Integration of SharePoint, Teams, Outlook and other M365 components
- Troubleshooting of Copilot and automation setups
- Documentation and standardization of solutions
- Support for, and ultimately independent delivery of, workshops and training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate
- Technical understanding of processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident, professional demeanor when interacting with clients
- Excellent German, spoken and written
- Structured and self-directed way of working
- Openness to feedback
