About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Combination of marketing and lead generation with operational support for the management
  • Build and implement marketing measures for lead generation (Inbound & Outbound)
  • Develop and maintain lead funnels and journeys (e.g., LinkedIn, newsletter, webinars, events)
  • Pre-qualify leads (needs, maturity, decision relevance)
  • Structured handover of qualified leads to Sales
  • Maintain and further develop lead data (CRM & automations)
  • Support LinkedIn presence and content planning
  • Prepare and follow up on campaigns, webinars and events
  • Support the management in day-to-day operational tasks
  • Manage appointments, follow-ups and priorities
  • Prepare documents, presentations and decision-making materials
  • Structure information, tasks and topics
  • Proactively think ahead and relieve the management in daily operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in marketing, growth or lead generation (B2B)
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and lead qualification
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Comfortable with phone calls and direct customer communication
  • Very good German, both written and spoken
  • Structured, reliable and independent working style
  • Ability to follow existing processes and implement them carefully
  • Openness to feedback (tough love rather than ego)
  • Self-responsibility, proactive thinking and a hands-on mentality
  • Discreet and professional handling of sensitive information
  • Calm, pleasant and convincing voice
  • Nice to have (not required): experience with tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation, LinkedIn and newsletter tools
  • Experience with Outlook, ClickUp, CloseCRM, ActiveCampaign or similar tools
  • Affinity for digital tools, automation and AI topics
