Marketing Expert – Executive Assistant to Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Combination of marketing and lead generation with operational support for the management
- Build and implement marketing measures for lead generation (Inbound & Outbound)
- Develop and maintain lead funnels and journeys (e.g., LinkedIn, newsletter, webinars, events)
- Pre-qualify leads (needs, maturity, decision relevance)
- Structured handover of qualified leads to Sales
- Maintain and further develop lead data (CRM & automations)
- Support LinkedIn presence and content planning
- Prepare and follow up on campaigns, webinars and events
- Support the management in day-to-day operational tasks
- Manage appointments, follow-ups and priorities
- Prepare documents, presentations and decision-making materials
- Structure information, tasks and topics
- Proactively think ahead and relieve the management in daily operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in marketing, growth or lead generation (B2B)
- Solid understanding of sales processes and lead qualification
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Comfortable with phone calls and direct customer communication
- Very good German, both written and spoken
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- Ability to follow existing processes and implement them carefully
- Openness to feedback (tough love rather than ego)
- Self-responsibility, proactive thinking and a hands-on mentality
- Discreet and professional handling of sensitive information
- Calm, pleasant and convincing voice
- Nice to have (not required): experience with tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation, LinkedIn and newsletter tools
- Experience with Outlook, ClickUp, CloseCRM, ActiveCampaign or similar tools
- Affinity for digital tools, automation and AI topics
