About the role
- First point of contact for prospective clients
- Daily conversations with CEOs and decision-makers from SMEs
- Conduct structured initial conversations (no random cold calling)
- Determine if and how Blümlein AI & Automation can help
- Properly pre-qualify leads and schedule closing-call appointments
- Document conversations in the CRM
- Work closely with Marketing & Consulting
- Receive regular feedback and coaching
Requirements
- Clear communicator and comfortable with phone calls
- Eager to learn sales professionally
- Ambitious and driven to improve measurably
- Ability to follow established processes
- Able to perform well under pressure
- Calm, pleasant, and engaging voice
- Open to feedback (tough love instead of ego)
- Excellent German (spoken and written)
- Initial experience in sales, agency, or consulting environment (nice to have)
- Experience as a setter, SDR, or sales assistant (nice to have)
