About the role

  • Technical implementation within the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Design and implementation of automations with Power Automate
  • Development of productive Copilot use cases
  • Creation of internal assistants using Copilot Studio
  • Integration of SharePoint, Teams, Outlook and other M365 components
  • Troubleshooting of Copilot and automation setups
  • Documentation and standardization of solutions
  • Workshops & client engagement
  • Support and, in the medium term, independent delivery of: prompting workshops, Copilot training, practical demos for executives, answering technical follow-up questions, translating complex technical topics into understandable language, operational relief for management, preparation and follow-up of client meetings, structuring use cases, contributing to solution architectures, developing best practices and internal standards

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio or Power Automate
  • Technical understanding of processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident presence with clients
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
  • Structured and self-directed working style
  • Receptive to feedback
  • Experience in consulting (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of M365 governance (nice to have)
  • Initial experience in workshop moderation (nice to have)
