About the role
- As a Setter, you are the first contact point for our prospects — and therefore one of the most important levers for our growth.
- You speak daily with CEOs and decision-makers from mid-sized companies.
- You conduct structured initial conversations (no random cold calling).
- You determine if and how we can help.
- You qualify leads thoroughly and schedule appointments for closing calls.
- You document your conversations in the CRM.
- You work closely with Marketing and Consulting.
- You receive regular feedback and coaching to continuously improve.
- In short: you ensure that the right customers enter our sales process with the right expectations.
Requirements
- Important up front: mindset and drive matter more to us than your CV.
- You can communicate clearly and are not afraid of phone calls.
- You are eager to learn sales properly.
- You are ambitious and want to improve in measurable ways.
- Ability to follow established processes.
- Comfortable working under performance pressure.
- A calm, pleasant and appealing voice.
- You handle feedback openly (tough love over ego).
- You speak very good German.
- Nice to have, but not required: first experience in sales, agency, or consulting environments.
- Experience as a Setter, SDR or Sales Assistant.
