About the role
- In this role you combine marketing & lead generation with operational support for management
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives for lead generation (inbound & outbound)
- Create and maintain lead funnels (e.g., LinkedIn, newsletters, webinars, events)
- Pre-qualify leads (needs, readiness, decision relevance)
- Hand over qualified leads to Sales in a structured way
- Maintain and improve lead data (CRM & automations)
- Support LinkedIn presence & content planning
- Prepare and follow up on campaigns, webinars and events
- Provide operational support for day-to-day management tasks
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups and priorities
- Prepare documents, presentations and decision materials
- Structure information, tasks and topics
- Proactively think along and unburden the management in daily operations
Requirements
- Several years of experience in marketing, growth or lead generation (B2B)
- Solid understanding of sales processes & lead qualification
- Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
- Comfortable with phone calls and direct customer communication
- Very good German, written and spoken
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- Ability to follow existing processes and implement them accurately
- Open to feedback (tough love rather than ego)
- Self-responsibility, proactive thinking and hands-on mentality
- Discreet and professional handling of sensitive information
- Calm, pleasant and persuasive voice
- Nice to have (not mandatory): experience with tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation, LinkedIn, newsletter tools
- Experience with Outlook, ClickUp, CloseCRM, ActiveCampaign or similar tools
- Affinity for digital tools, automation & AI topics
