About the role

  • In this role you combine marketing & lead generation with operational support for management
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives for lead generation (inbound & outbound)
  • Create and maintain lead funnels (e.g., LinkedIn, newsletters, webinars, events)
  • Pre-qualify leads (needs, readiness, decision relevance)
  • Hand over qualified leads to Sales in a structured way
  • Maintain and improve lead data (CRM & automations)
  • Support LinkedIn presence & content planning
  • Prepare and follow up on campaigns, webinars and events
  • Provide operational support for day-to-day management tasks
  • Manage scheduling, follow-ups and priorities
  • Prepare documents, presentations and decision materials
  • Structure information, tasks and topics
  • Proactively think along and unburden the management in daily operations

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in marketing, growth or lead generation (B2B)
  • Solid understanding of sales processes & lead qualification
  • Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
  • Comfortable with phone calls and direct customer communication
  • Very good German, written and spoken
  • Structured, reliable and independent working style
  • Ability to follow existing processes and implement them accurately
  • Open to feedback (tough love rather than ego)
  • Self-responsibility, proactive thinking and hands-on mentality
  • Discreet and professional handling of sensitive information
  • Calm, pleasant and persuasive voice
  • Nice to have (not mandatory): experience with tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation, LinkedIn, newsletter tools
  • Experience with Outlook, ClickUp, CloseCRM, ActiveCampaign or similar tools
  • Affinity for digital tools, automation & AI topics
