About the role
- You speak daily with CEOs and decision-makers from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
- You conduct structured initial conversations (no random cold calling)
- You determine whether and how we can help
- You qualify leads thoroughly and schedule appointments for closing calls
- You document your conversations in the CRM
- You work closely with Marketing & Consulting
- You receive regular feedback & coaching to continuously improve
- You ensure that the right customers enter our sales process with the right expectations.
Requirements
- You can communicate clearly and are comfortable with phone calls
- You want to learn sales properly
- You are ambitious and want to improve measurably
- Ability to follow established processes
- Comfortable handling performance pressure
- A calm, pleasant and clear voice
- You receive feedback openly (tough love rather than ego)
- You speak very good German
- Some experience in sales, agency, or consulting environments (nice to have but not required)
