About the role

  • Technical implementation within the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Design and implementation of automations using Power Automate
  • Build productive Copilot use cases
  • Develop internal assistants using Copilot Studio
  • Integration of SharePoint, Teams, Outlook and other M365 components
  • Troubleshoot Copilot and automation setups
  • Document and standardize solutions
  • Workshops & client engagements
  • Support and, in the medium term, independently run:
  • Prompting workshops
  • Copilot trainings
  • Practical demos for executives
  • Answer technical follow-up questions
  • Translate complex technical topics into clear, understandable language
  • Provide operational support to executive management
  • Prepare and follow up on client meetings
  • Structure and prioritize use cases
  • Contribute to solution architecture thinking
  • Establish best practices and internal standards

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate
  • Solid technical process understanding
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident client-facing presence
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
  • Structured and self-directed working style
  • Open to feedback
  • Particularly interesting for you if: you currently work in a large corporation and are slowed down by constraints and lengthy decision processes
  • You want to take responsibility and build things
  • Nice to have: consulting experience
  • Knowledge of M365 governance
  • Initial experience in workshop facilitation
