• Partner with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and translate them into clear, executable plans. Drive end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives and ensure outcomes are delivered and tracked.
• Lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives across product, operations, marketing, commercial, and technology teams. Act as the central owner to align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and maintain execution momentum.
• Support market expansion and growth initiatives through market analysis, strategic planning, and execution support. Identify growth opportunities and help shape go-to-market and expansion strategies.
• Build analytical frameworks, business cases, and performance dashboards to support leadership decision-making. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to guide priorities and resource allocation.
• Monitor strategic KPIs, identify risks and gaps, and recommend course corrections to keep initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to prepare strategic materials, follow up on key decisions, and ensure consistent execution across regions and functions.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on new interaction models, especially for AI-driven experiences
• Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to refine product direction
• Help define and evolve A1’s design system to support speed, consistency, and scalability
• Advocate relentlessly for the user while balancing product velocity and technical constraints
