Translate creative briefs into bold, conversion-focused visuals
Produce short-form motion content and static assets to elevate brand presence
Support product marketing with clear, benefit-driven visuals

Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, and Runway to enhance ideation and production speed

Complete an online assessment or practical task, role-specific interview, and CEO/final round

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design, visual storytelling, and execution quality
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion workflows
Experience with or strong curiosity about AI tools for creative production
Strong sense of layout, composition, typography, and brand systems
Ability to execute quickly and deliver under tight deadlines
English is the main working language across global teams; strong English communication is required
