About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising
  • Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives
  • Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across motion outputs

  • Partner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content
  • Present design concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
  • Oversee motion production from concept to delivery
  • Develop reusable templates and motion design systems
  • Manage multiple projects while balancing creative innovation with timely delivery
  • Troubleshoot animation, rendering, and visual effects issues
  • Track global motion design trends, animation techniques, and creative tools
  • Experiment with advanced VFX, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats
  • Push creative boundaries to set new benchmarks for BJAK’s brand

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools
  • Cinema 4D and Blender are a plus
  • Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
  • Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work
  • Strong English communication required
