About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising
Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives
Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across motion outputs
Elevate design quality through experimentation, art direction, and storytelling
Translate objectives into motion-driven content with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams
Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution
Partner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers on cohesive multimedia content
Present design concepts to stakeholders
Oversee motion production from concept to delivery
Develop reusable templates and motion design systems
Manage multiple projects while balancing creative innovation and timely delivery
Troubleshoot animation, rendering, and visual effects issues
Stay current with global motion design trends, animation techniques, and creative tools
Experiment with advanced VFX, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats
Push creative boundaries to set new benchmarks for BJAK’s brand

Requirements

What you’ll need

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field
5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools
Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work
Cinema 4D and Blender are a plus
Strong English communication is required
Candidates must already be based in Switzerland
