Create engaging, high-quality brand materials reflecting BJAK’s visual identity
Shape and evolve BJAK’s brand system across marketing and product surfaces
Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and performance teams
Design brand expressions for consumers, partners, and internal teams
Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines
Deliver design work supporting long-term brand growth and immediate business needs
Report directly to the Creative Manager and contribute to brand direction
Complete the interview process, including an online assessment or practical task, role-specific interview, and CEO/final round

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or related roles
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, consistency, and high-quality execution
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools including After Effects and Premiere Pro
Interest or experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows
Ability to work quickly, manage iterations, and deliver under tight timelines
Strong sense of brand identity, storytelling, and visual systems
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate strategy into compelling visuals
Ability to balance hands-on execution with broader brand direction
Ownership of work and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
Curiosity about design trends, motion, and emerging AI tools
Strong English communication required
Must already be based in the US
Nice-to-have: performance marketing or fast-paced startup experience
Nice-to-have: basic motion graphics, sound editing, or simple VFX skills
Nice-to-have: experience with design systems, templates, or brand libraries
