Shape and evolve BJAK’s brand system across marketing and product surfaces
Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and performance teams
Design for consumers, partners, and internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or related roles
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, consistency, and high-quality execution
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools including After Effects and Premiere Pro
Interest or experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows
Ability to work quickly, manage iterations, and deliver under tight timelines
Strong sense of brand identity, storytelling, and visual systems
Ability to translate strategy into compelling visuals
Ability to balance hands-on execution with broader brand direction
Experience or interest in design trends, motion, and emerging AI tools
Candidates must already be based in Korea
Strong English communication is required
Nice to have: performance marketing or fast-paced startup experience
Nice to have: basic motion graphics, sound editing, or simple VFX skills
Nice to have: experience with design systems, templates, or brand libraries
