Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or related roles
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, consistency, and high-quality execution
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools including After Effects and Premiere Pro
Interest or experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows
Ability to work quickly, manage iterations, and deliver under tight timelines
Strong sense of brand identity, storytelling, and visual systems
Ability to translate strategy into compelling visuals
Ability to balance hands-on execution with broader brand direction
Curiosity about design trends, motion, and emerging AI tools
Strong English communication required
Experience in performance marketing or fast-paced startup environments is a nice-to-have
Basic motion graphics, sound editing, or simple VFX skills are a nice-to-have
Experience with design systems, templates, or brand libraries is a nice-to-have
