About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution.
- Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners and deadlines across teams.
- Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships and strategic projects.
- Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups and action trackers.
- Identify execution gaps and push teams to close them.
- Own urgent business problems that do not fit neatly into one department.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
- High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
- Clear writer, structured thinker and strong follow-through operator.
- Able to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems and shifting priorities.
- Strong judgement on what matters, what is blocked and what needs escalation.
- Able to keep teams moving without creating unnecessary process.
