About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising
- Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives
- Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across motion outputs
- Elevate design quality through experimentation, art direction, and storytelling
- Translate Creative, Marketing, and Product objectives into motion-driven content
- Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution
- Collaborate with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers on cohesive multimedia content
- Present design concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
- Oversee motion production from concept to delivery
- Develop reusable templates and motion design systems
- Manage multiple projects while balancing innovation and timely delivery
- Troubleshoot animation, rendering, and visual effects issues
- Track global motion design trends, animation techniques, and creative tools
- Experiment with advanced VFX, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats
- Push creative boundaries to establish new benchmarks for BJAK’s brand
Requirements
What you’ll need- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools
- Cinema 4D or Blender experience is a plus
- Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition skills
- Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work
- Strong English communication required
- Must already be based in Korea
