About the role
- 언어 모델을 현실 세계의 애플리케이션으로 전환하기 위한 AI 시스템 개발 참여
- 최신 모델을 파인튜닝하고, 평가 프레임워크를 설계하며, AI 기능을 실제 서비스 환경에 도입
- 파인튜닝 및 최적화: LoRA/QLoRA를 사용하여 LLaMA, Mistral, Gemma 등 오픈소스 모델 최적화
- 프롬프트 엔지니어링 및 데이터 설계: 브랜드 보이스, 톤, 안전성을 반영하는 프롬프트와 데이터셋 제작
- 모델 평가: Perplexity, Toxicity, Relevance 등의 지표 파이프라인을 구축해 안전하고 고품질의 출력 보장
- 배포 및 모니터링: 모델을 프로덕션 환경에 스케일링하고 성능 최적화 및 드리프트 모니터링 수행
- 협업 및 제공: 제품, 엔지니어링, 디자인 팀과 협력하여 사용자 지향적인 AI 기능 출시
- Collaborate with regional teams across product, engineering, operations, infrastructure and data to build and scale impactful AI solutions
- Ensure models are safe, trustworthy, and impactful at scale by designing evaluation frameworks and monitoring
Requirements
- Transformers, 딥러닝, 파인튜닝 기법(LoRA/QLoRA, SFT, 지식 증류 등)에 대한 풍부한 경험
- PyTorch 숙련 (우대) 또는 TensorFlow 경험
- 프롬프트 엔지니어링 및 데이터셋 설계 능력 (톤, 안전성, 신뢰성과 일치)
- 평가 지표(Perplexity, Toxicity, Relevance)에 대한 이해
- 알고리즘, 자료구조, 클린 코드 등 소프트웨어 엔지니어링 기초에 대한 탄탄한 기반
- Strong experience in transformers, deep learning, and fine-tuning methods (LoRA/QLoRA, SFT, distillation)
- Proficiency with PyTorch (preferred) or TensorFlow
- Skilled in prompt engineering and dataset curation for alignment with tone, safety, and trust
- Familiar with evaluation metrics: perplexity, toxicity, relevance
- Strong software engineering foundations in algorithms, data structures, and clean code practices
