About the role
- 模型微调与优化 — 使用 LoRA/QLoRA 优化开源模型（如 LLaMA、Mistral、Gemma）
- 提示工程与数据构建 — 设计体现品牌语气、语调和安全性的提示词与数据集
- 模型评估 — 构建困惑度、毒性、相关性等指标评估流程，确保输出质量与安全性
- 部署与监控 — 将模型部署至生产环境，进行性能优化与偏移监控
- 协作交付 — 与产品、工程与设计团队协作，共同推出面向用户的 AI 功能
- Fine-tune & adapt open-source models; design evaluation frameworks, deploy and monitor models into production; partner with cross-functional teams to launch AI features
Requirements
- 在 Transformers、深度学习和微调方法（如 LoRA/QLoRA、SFT、蒸馏）方面有丰富经验
- 熟练掌握 PyTorch（优先）或 TensorFlow
