About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience recruiting machine learning, AI, or highly technical engineering talent
- Strong understanding of the AI and ML talent landscape
- Ability to assess technical depth and candidate quality beyond credentials and company brands
- Strong sourcing, research, and talent mapping ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in fast-moving and highly competitive environments
- High ownership, persistence, and execution ability
