About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source and engage high-quality technical talent across global markets

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience sourcing technical or engineering talent
- Strong research and talent identification ability
- Familiarity with software engineering and AI/ML talent landscapes preferred
- Strong written communication and candidate engagement skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with high hiring volume
