• Lead end-to-end design process for one or more product areas, from concept to implementation
• Design key user flows across high-impact products used by millions
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and solve them with great UX
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI designs
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate quickly
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability
• Advocate for the user and ensure their needs are central to decisions
• Work remotely with a diverse team while staying connected to core team in Malaysia
