About the role
- Lead end-to-end design process for one or more product areas, from concept to implementation
- Design key user flows across high-impact products used by millions
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and solve them with great UX
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI designs
- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate quickly
- Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability
- Advocate for the user and ensure their needs are central to decisions
- Work remotely with a diverse team while staying connected to core team in Malaysia
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing web/mobile products
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Familiarity with user research, testing, and agile product teams
- Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, spacing, and interaction design
- Open to candidates globally — remote working is welcomed
