About the role
- Lead the creation of high-impact design assets across campaigns, social media, web, product visuals, and marketing materials
- Evolve and strengthen BJAK’s brand identity, ensuring clarity, consistency, and premium execution across all touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver on-brand work that drives results
- Design for diverse audiences — consumers, partners, and internal teams
- Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines and visual standards
- Mentor junior designers and guide creative execution across projects
- Report directly to the Creative Manager and contribute to the overall brand direction
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or creative roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling and visual excellence
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience with motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
- Experience or interest in AI tools for design ideation and production
- Strong command of layout, typography, composition, and brand consistency
- Ability to mentor designers and collaborate cross-functionally
- Nice to Have: experience designing performance marketing or campaign visuals, skills in motion graphics, sound editing, or basic VFX, familiarity with design systems, templates, and brand libraries
