About the role

  • Manage company-wide engagement programs, learning calendars, onboarding culture sessions, and campaigns.
  • Own and manage the company-wide engagement calendar.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end engagement events.
  • Support cross-department initiatives such as hackathons and career fairs.
  • Maintain the training calendar and track attendance.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with training coordination, LMS/HRIS, or engagement tools is a plus.
  • A proactive, energetic, and people-first mindset.
