About the role
- Manage company-wide engagement programs, learning calendars, onboarding culture sessions, and campaigns.
- Own and manage the company-wide engagement calendar.
- Plan and execute end-to-end engagement events.
- Support cross-department initiatives such as hackathons and career fairs.
- Maintain the training calendar and track attendance.
- Plan and execute learning programs across various topics.
- Run onboarding culture sessions for new hires.
- Track engagement metrics and use insights to improve programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, L&D, culture, or HR programs.
- Strong event planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creativity and passion for building positive employee experiences.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with training coordination, LMS/HRIS, or engagement tools is a plus.
- A proactive, energetic, and people-first mindset.
