About the role

  • Own and manage the company-wide engagement calendar.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end engagement events.
  • Support cross-department initiatives.
  • Maintain the training calendar and measure training ROI.
  • Plan and execute learning programs.
  • Coordinate with managers and trainers for training needs.
  • Support managers with tools for performance and coaching.
  • Run onboarding culture sessions for new hires.
  • Lead culture-building activities and recognition programs.
  • Track engagement metrics and use insights for improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, L&D, culture, or HR programs.
  • Strong event planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creativity and passion for building positive employee experiences.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with training coordination, LMS/HRIS, or engagement tools is a plus.
  • A proactive, energetic, and people-first mindset.
