About the role

  • Lead end-to-end design for one or more AI product surfaces, from early concept to production
  • Design key user flows that make advanced AI capabilities feel simple, natural, and usable
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to explore problems, test ideas, and ship fast
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on new interaction models, especially for AI-driven experiences
  • Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to refine product direction
  • Help define and evolve A1’s design system to support speed, consistency, and scalability
  • Advocate relentlessly for the user while balancing product velocity and technical constraints

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a product/UX designer, with a portfolio spanning web and mobile products
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping tools
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, layout, hierarchy, and visual systems
  • Experience working closely with engineers and product managers in fast-moving teams
  • Comfort designing from incomplete inputs and evolving requirements
  • Experience designing AI-powered or data-heavy products (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity with usability testing and qualitative research methods (Nice to Have)
  • Experience working in early-stage products or startup environments (Nice to Have)
  • Interest in emerging UX patterns for AI, automation, or intelligent systems (Nice to Have)
