About the role
- Own BJAK’s brand identity across all platforms — from tone to typography.
- Translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visuals and messaging.
- Develop creative concepts and campaigns that connect with users and drive growth.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, print, product, and more.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and content creators.
- Set a high standard for creativity, execution, and quality under tight deadlines.
- Review and approve creative output to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
- Foster a collaborative, high-ownership culture within the creative team.
- Build and manage creative workflows balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
- Partner with growth, product, and leadership teams to execute key campaigns.
- Use data to iterate, optimize, and scale high-performing creative.
- Stay updated on industry and creative trends to keep BJAK relevant and fresh.
Requirements
- 4–6 years in creative, brand, or design leadership, ideally in a fast-moving brand or agency.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and cross-channel campaigns.
- Deep understanding of design, branding, and digital content strategy.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and providing actionable, inspiring feedback.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and production workflows.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands.
