About the role
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and cross-functional teams to produce compelling campaign assets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
- Build and nurture an active online and offline community aligned with Bjak’s mission.
- Develop initiatives to increase user participation, retention, and brand loyalty.
- Moderate discussions, respond to inquiries, and maintain high-quality community interactions.
- Organize and host both virtual and in-person events to strengthen community relationships.
- Oversee content strategy for social media, newsletters, and community channels.
- Ensure consistent and impactful brand voice across all platforms.
- Identify and utilize user-generated content to boost engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners to expand brand reach.
- Design programs that encourage loyal community members to become brand ambassadors.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify issues, opportunities, and insights that support campaign and business decisions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or content strategy.
- Strong understanding of digital communication, social media management, and event planning.
- Familiarity with community platforms (Discord, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn), CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, influencing skills, and strategic thinking.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable results with strong project management skills.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
