About the role
- Be the engine behind AI execution, clarity, and scale
- Translate the CEO’s AI vision into clear, actionable product priorities
- Drive execution of AI and automation projects across the company
- Act as the central hub of coordination for AI-enabled initiatives
- Solve high-impact product and operational problems with speed and structure
- Scale the company by embedding AI solutions into core processes
- Partner with the CEO and leadership to define, track, and deliver on AI-driven initiatives and OKRs
- Own end-to-end implementation of AI/tech projects – from planning to deployment
- Identify process gaps and implement AI/automation solutions that accelerate scale
- Roll up your sleeves to design, test, and implement AI-driven tools and workflows
- Ensure seamless integration of AI systems into existing company processes
- Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver measurable outcomes
- Coordinate cross-departmental AI initiatives, ensuring alignment and momentum
- Facilitate discussions, decision forums, and workshops to push projects forward
- Partner with department heads to surface execution blockers and drive solutions
- Take full ownership of AI-related projects that don’t have a clear “home”
- Lead pilot programs and new initiatives, from ideation to execution
- Build scalable systems, dashboards, and processes that support long-term AI adoption
Requirements
- ~5 years of experience in product management, engineering, or cross-functional leadership in a high-growth company
- Proven track record of hands-on project delivery – from design to execution – in tech/AI/digital systems
- Strong background in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with an ability to turn vision into execution
- Experience collaborating directly with executives on high-stakes projects
- Sound judgment and maturity in handling complex, sensitive, or high-pressure situations
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, AI-driven platforms, or founder-led companies
- Based in Indonesia to work with the team in a remote-basis
