About the role
- Be the gatekeeper of talent quality - reviewing CVs, profiles, and portfolios to identify high-potential candidates who align with our team’s culture and values.
- Source actively and creatively using job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals, events, and beyond.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, screening criteria, and interview plans.
- Conduct insightful phone screens and first-stage interviews that go beyond surface-level answers.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience - timely updates, honest communication, and human connection.
- Track and optimize hiring pipelines using modern tools and structured processes.
- Stay on top of hiring trends, market movements, and competitor benchmarks.
Requirements
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or tech/startup environment.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and assess candidates across a variety of functions and seniority levels.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and ATS systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in a flat, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
- A problem-solving mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a sense of ownership.
