About the role
- Own full-cycle hiring across diverse functions, with a strong focus on tech, product, and high-growth teams.
- Act as a talent quality gatekeeper - screening CVs, portfolios, and assessing signals beyond the resume to identify top potential.
- Proactively source exceptional candidates via platforms, communities, networks, and creative strategies.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs, define role requirements, and co-design effective hiring processes.
- Conduct meaningful interviews that uncover true potential and values alignment.
- Deliver structured feedback to both candidates and internal teams, enabling data-informed decisions.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through transparent communication and timely updates.
- Manage and improve the hiring funnel using ATS and recruitment metrics.
- Keep a pulse on talent trends in China, and bring insights to shape hiring strategies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech, startup, or growth environments.
- Proven success hiring across multiple functions and levels.
- Deep familiarity with modern sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment best practices.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, aligning across borders and time zones.
- Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
