Provide clear, constructive feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience - timely updates, honest communication, and human connection.
Track and optimize hiring pipelines using modern tools and structured processes.
Stay on top of hiring trends, market movements, and competitor benchmarks.
Requirements
1 to 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or tech/startup environment.
Proven ability to source, screen, and assess candidates across a variety of functions and seniority levels.
Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and ATS systems.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfort working in a flat, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
A problem-solving mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a sense of ownership.
