About the role

  • Take full ownership of hiring outcomes - judged by quality, speed, and target achievement.
  • Headhunt 150–200 profiles daily, while clearing all screenings to zero backlog each day.
  • Run daily progress updates and meetings with the Malaysia team to track numbers and pipeline health.
  • Maintain strict daily screening quality scores - only top candidates move forward.
  • Source aggressively using LinkedIn, direct headhunting, referrals, social platforms, and beyond.
  • Partner with hiring managers globally to define requirements and deliver ready-to-interview shortlists fast.
  • Ensure no delays or drop-offs in candidate or manager progression.
  • Mentor junior recruiters, raising standards of execution and output.
  • Stay sharp on market trends, competitor moves, and best practices in global recruitment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance (high CGPA) from a reputable university.
  • 5+ years full-cycle recruitment experience, including headhunting and leadership hiring.
  • A proven record of hitting ambitious hiring targets under pressure.
  • Strong sourcing expertise (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, headhunting strategies).
  • Excellent candidate evaluation and screening skills, with quality measured daily.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • The mindset of an owner – accountable, proactive, and outcome-driven.
