About the role
- This role responsible for the concept development, art direction, and execution of creative across print, digital, social, and video channels.
- Demonstrate strong art direction and conceptual thinking across multiple channels
- Apply brand guidelines and campaign look-and-feel consistently across work
- Partner effectively with copywriters and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, high-quality creative
- Own assigned deliverables and consistently meet deadlines with appropriate guidance
- Proactively seek solutions, ask questions, and engage the right people to move work forward
- Approach every project from a member perspective putting them first in everything we do
Requirements
- Degree in a related field
- 0-3+ years of professional art director experience in an in-house or agency environment
- Strong written and verbal communicator; active listener and thoughtful contributor
- Curious, open-minded, and committed to continuous learning and development
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and design ability
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
