About the role
- Provides leadership during closing operations, ensuring the club is safe, clean, fully stocked, and meeting GOLD standards.
- Supervises receiving operations, verifies incoming merchandise, processes paperwork, checks for damages or shortages, and ensures accurate inventory.
- Leads the Omni team and manages all digital fulfillment operations, including BOPIC, Curbside, Same Day Delivery, Express Pay, and ShipfromClub.
- Drives membership growth through acquisition, renewals, upgrades, and loyalty program sales.
- Manages tire bay operations, including tire sales, installation, and repairs.

- Roles we are hiring for: Assistant Club Manager of Perishables, Closing Manager, Assistant Closing Manager, Assistant Night Manager, Receiving Inventory Control Supervisor (RICS), Asset Protection Supervisor (APS), Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor (Omni Supervisor), Tire Sales & Installation Supervisor, Membership Sales.
- Ensures consistent execution of policies and procedures, a positive member service experience, Grand Opening Look Daily (GOLD) standard club conditions, and provides overall leadership and direction within the club.
