About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and optimize mobile and data-driven applications
Develop full-stack features using Ruby on Rails APIs/services on the back end and Angular 20 on the front end
Work across Recall, Conquest/PV, AI, Service Engine, and other initiatives as priorities shift
Build and maintain core platform services used by Mobile, AI, and Data teams
Diagnose and fix issues across the full stack, tracing bugs from UI to API to data
Set technical direction as a senior individual contributor and provide architecture input
Manage development priorities and help ensure products are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality
Mentor engineers and contribute to code review and testing standards
Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Ramp up across multiple product domains
Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails
Strong hands-on experience with Angular v17+, ideally Angular 20
Comfortable working across the full stack and multiple product areas
Track record of owning features end-to-end, from specification through production
Ability to operate autonomously amid ambiguity
Bonus: experience with fleet/scheduling systems, automotive SaaS, or B2B dealer-facing tools
Nice to have: experience with CI tooling such as Semaphore or GitHub Actions
Nice to have: exposure to AI-assisted development workflows such as Cursor or CodeRabbit
Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States
