About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own dealer implementations end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live and early hypercare
  • Configure solutions to each dealership’s systems, workflows, and technology stack through structured discovery and engineering collaboration
  • Validate customer, availability, recall, and repair-order data flows across systems before go-live
  • Train non-technical dealership staff and manage change through full adoption
  • Manage implementation timelines, stakeholders, and go-live dates
  • Troubleshoot live issues by reproducing problems, reading logs, and distinguishing configuration issues from product bugs
  • Resolve issues independently or package clean escalations for engineering
  • Write repeatable runbooks, SOPs, and setup documentation for future implementations and support handoff
  • Route on-site customer feedback to the product team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on integration and configuration experience using APIs, webhooks, or configuration tools
  • Experience validating integrations end-to-end
  • Troubleshooting and log-diagnosis skills
  • Ability to reproduce issues and distinguish configuration problems from product bugs
  • Experience delivering customer training or enablement, ideally to non-technical audiences
  • Implementation or deployment project-management experience, including ownership of kickoff-to-go-live timelines and stakeholders
  • Experience validating and verifying data across systems
  • Discovery and workflow-mapping experience preferred
  • Issue triage and escalation experience in a customer-facing technical role preferred
  • Light scripting or SQL familiarity is a plus, not a requirement
  • Experience writing runbooks, SOPs, or setup documentation preferred
  • Familiarity with SaaS implementation and deployment methodology
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication
  • Familiarity with automotive retail or fixed-ops operations
  • Familiarity with dealership DMS and scheduling systems such as CDK, Reynolds, Tekion, Xtime, or myKaarma
  • Familiarity with data structure and validation concepts
  • Familiarity with support, escalation, tiers, SLAs, and handoffs
  • Familiarity with change management or adoption principles
  • Familiarity with security and compliance basics, including PII handling and call-recording consent
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50–70%
  • Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States
