• Act as the primary technical liaison and subject matter expert for Bizlink’s data center power solutions.
• Provide in-depth support, solution design guidance, and troubleshooting to drive product adoption and implementation.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Conduct on-site visits frequently to support product integration and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on product capabilities.
