About the role
- drive revenue growth, guiding sales strategy, and developing a high-performance team
- forecast trends, align sales processes with company goals, and build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- co-pitching with reps, engaging directly with clients, and solving challenges in real time
- lead, mentor, and motivate four Sales Managers, a Sales Enablement Manager, and their teams to maximize performance
- build accurate sales forecasts, manage budgets, and provide actionable reporting
- analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to design and execute strategic sales plans
- champion new client acquisition and upselling strategies
- consistently drive the team to exceed sales targets
Requirements
- 15+ years experience in sales and revenue generation, in a leadership role with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives
- 10+ years experience of leading and managing a team of sales leaders, including strategic development of revenue performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven decisions
- 5+ years of understanding of the digital marketing landscape, familiarity with digital analytics, online advertising, search engine optimization and social media marketing
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or finance is a preferred
