• Become a product expert, clearly and confidently understanding the problems faced by our customers and clearly demonstrating the benefits and value Bizimply adds.
• Demo the product (online and in-person) and confidently present Bizimply.
• Managing your pipeline through various stages, forecasting new business.
• Own and achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas aligned with company objectives.
• Carry out detailed and analytical discovery to find out the root cause of problems facing our customers.
• Proactively identify and prospect new customers through your own network, outbound initiatives and strategic partnerships.
• Manage feature requests and collaborate with our product team to continue improving our best-in-class tools.

• Contribute across the product lifecycle: discovery, design, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Support product discovery by helping define problems, gathering insights, and testing solutions.
• Work closely with design and engineering to scope and deliver improvements.
• Create wireframes or mockups in Figma to communicate product ideas.
• Write clear product specifications, tickets, and documentation.
• Interrogate product datasets to understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities.
• Define and refine success metrics to measure how customers use Bizimply’s products.
• Use both qualitative and quantitative feedback to assess product performance and recommend improvements.
