About the role

  • - Verifying delivered software, features, and functionality
  • - Working within a Scrum team across both automated and manual testing
  • - Collaborating closely with Engineers, BAs, and stakeholders
  • - Assisting and coaching other teams on ad-hoc testing requests
  • - Performing SIT, functional, end-to-end, and regression testing
  • - Detecting, logging, and owning issues and defects through to resolution
  • - Writing manual test cases and contributing automated tests to existing frameworks (Selenium / Playwright with C#)
  • - Executing tests across frontend and backend layers
  • - Testing web applications across multiple browsers and platforms
  • - Creating and maintaining test data for automation
  • - Technical scripting for data validation, log checking, and test automation development
  • - Documenting test artefacts, plans, and outcomes

Requirements

  • - 4–6 years’ experience in automated testing, with a strong focus on browser automation (Playwright)
  • - Exposure to C# or Java
  • - API testing experience, both manual and automated
  • - Strong manual testing experience including regression, functional, and exploratory testing
  • - Experience writing test cases from user stories
  • - SQL querying experience
  • - Experience preparing test plans
  • - Strong analytical skills and an inquisitive mindset
  • Nice to have:
  • - Performance testing experience using k6
  • - Cross-browser testing tools such as LambdaTest or Perfecto
  • - PDF testing tools such as Applitools
  • - GitHub experience
