About the role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Analyze historical data, market trends, and booking patterns to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and optimize partner campaigns and conversion of the same, in coordination with our partner.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product and operations teams to align strategies and achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify and implement new revenue opportunities, including ancillary services and package deals.
  • Monitor and manage partners' satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in revenue management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Revenue Manager, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
  • Excellent understanding of pricing strategies, inventory management, and distribution channels.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Basic knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus) or previous experience in a local travel agency.
  • Excellent knowledge, both written and spoken, of English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
