About the role
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Analyze historical data, market trends, and booking patterns to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Manage and optimize partner campaigns and conversion of the same, in coordination with our partner.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product and operations teams to align strategies and achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and implement new revenue opportunities, including ancillary services and package deals.
- Monitor and manage partners' satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in revenue management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
- Excellent understanding of pricing strategies, inventory management, and distribution channels.
- Ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Basic knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus) or previous experience in a local travel agency.
- Excellent knowledge, both written and spoken, of English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
