• Configure and maintain Workday HCM and Financials modules
• Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes
• Optimize integrations with ERP and BI tools for financial data flows
• Lead initiatives from start to finish, coordinating the functional requirements and needs of stakeholders
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on configuration, data migration, business process setup
• Manage and administrate the Workday system testing
• Collaborate across business units to deliver user training and drive adoption
• Ensure Workday and its integrations are available, legally compliant, secure, and performing as expected
