Assist in creating and updating weekly and monthly reports
Maintain dashboards tracking: Website traffic and engagement, Email campaign performance, Social media metrics, Customer inquiry trends
Conduct basic analysis to identify trends and patterns
Support campaign performance analysis (e.g., email, social, web content)
Assist with audience segmentation and simple performance comparisons
Help translate data into clear summaries for team members
Work with tools such as: Google Analytics (GA4), Excel / Google Sheets, Data visualization tools (Looker Studio or similar)
Assist in analyzing user behavior (e.g., page views, bounce rates)
Support UX audits and reporting with data inputs
Collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional teams (communications, product, tech)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience, 6 years)
A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital analytics or data analysis
Experience independently managing reporting and analytics workflows
Strong proficiency in: Google Analytics (GA4)
Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
Data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar)
Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
