About the role

  • Serve as the primary Business Development contact between Bitwise Alchemy and its current and prospective clients
  • Explore new market opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth for Bitwise Alchemy
  • Lead negotiations to finalize partnership agreements, ensuring outcomes that are beneficial to all parties
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the successful execution of each partnership
  • Perform in-depth analyses to evaluate partnership outcomes, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights
  • Maintain detailed partnership records, including negotiation details, activities, agreements, policies, contracts, and postmortems
  • Provide regular, comprehensive updates to executive management to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Extensive knowledge and passion for the gaming industry, including familiarity with various game genres, platforms, and emerging trends
  • Proven experience in relationship management, addressing complex challenges, and executing impactful deals
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of effectively engaging diverse audiences
