About the role
- Serve as the primary Business Development contact between Bitwise Alchemy and its current and prospective clients
- Explore new market opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth for Bitwise Alchemy
- Lead negotiations to finalize partnership agreements, ensuring outcomes that are beneficial to all parties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the successful execution of each partnership
- Perform in-depth analyses to evaluate partnership outcomes, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights
- Maintain detailed partnership records, including negotiation details, activities, agreements, policies, contracts, and postmortems
- Provide regular, comprehensive updates to executive management to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
- Excellent networking skills
- Extensive knowledge and passion for the gaming industry, including familiarity with various game genres, platforms, and emerging trends
- Proven experience in relationship management, addressing complex challenges, and executing impactful deals
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of effectively engaging diverse audiences
- Good to Have: Professional experience in the gaming industry
- A well-established network in the gaming industry
