• Lead and execute all aspects of sales, marketing, and partnership management under the direction of the Chief Revenue Officer
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive consistent revenue growth across all channels
• Identify new market opportunities, build and manage the sales pipeline, and cultivate key customer relationships
• Personally lead and close strategic sales opportunities during the early stage of the role
• Establish sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and performance metrics to ensure accountability and measurable success
• Create and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and generate demand
• Oversee development of marketing campaigns, content strategy, digital presence, and lead generation programs
• Establish the company’s brand positioning, messaging, and presence in alignment with strategic goals
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances
• Define and track key revenue, sales, and marketing performance indicators and present regular reports to the executive team
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales and marketing team and define organizational structure and roles
