About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain features across Access Intelligence, event integrations, the browser extension’s phishing blocker, the shared Rust core library, and the Bitwarden Splunk app
Partner with QA to ensure appropriate application testing and complete tests
Design and evolve APIs, data models, and encrypted report structures for enterprise-scale data
Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback to team members
Collaborate with the Bitwarden open-source community on contributions and GitHub issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience with .NET Core and C# for backend services
Strong proficiency with Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS for front-end development
Deep understanding of relational database design, optimization, and SQL Server
Demonstrated ability to design and implement RESTful APIs
Experience building enterprise features where auditability, permissions, and compliance matter
Collaborative and adaptable mindset with excellent communication skills
Excitement for open source and better internet security
Excellent problem-solving skills
Must be located in the U.S.
