About the role
- You independently produce high-performing content for TikTok and Instagram — from concept and filming to editing and posting — while maintaining a high output cadence
- You develop creative hooks, storylines and series formats, adapt current trends and continuously test new formats
- You analyze your videos’ performance using data, derive learnings and consistently optimize your content sprints
- You authentically and credibly represent BitterLiebe as an on-camera face on TikTok and Instagram and build a loyal community
- You create content that performs organically and can also be used as paid ad creative
- You collaborate closely with the Performance, Social, Influencer, Brand and E‑Com teams and proactively share learnings
Requirements
- You feel at home in front of the camera — confident, natural and authentic — and can represent a brand without appearing staged
- You truly understand TikTok and Instagram: algorithm, trends, hooks, sounds and storytelling are part of your daily routine
- You have demonstrable experience creating content that performs — ideally with your own channel or reference projects
- You handle the entire production chain yourself and work quickly, independently and in a structured way
- You think data‑driven, iterate creatively and don’t cling to formats that don’t work
- You take ownership, bring your own ideas and don’t wait for briefs
- You’re interested in health and nutrition and identify with our philosophy
