About the role
- You support our eCRM team in implementing initiatives and optimizing various channels
- You assist in creating and adapting email and WhatsApp newsletters and flows
- With your detail-oriented and meticulous working style, you ensure that all mailings are delivered error-free
- You independently manage community activities in the “BitterLiebe” Facebook group and are responsible for strategic growth
- Together with the eCRM and eCommerce teams, you continuously develop the customer club (Bitter-Club)
Requirements
- Currently studying in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Initial experience in email marketing or CRM is a plus, preferably with Klaviyo or other email tools
- You have a structured, careful, and reliable approach to work
- You have a good sense for copy, design, and usability
- Independent working style, hands-on mentality, and a willingness to take on responsibility
- Very good German and English skills
