About the role
- Own execution of high-priority strategic initiatives
- Lead or support key company-wide projects that require coordination across multiple teams
- Turn complex, ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, timelines, and decisions
- Drive follow-through and accountability
- Support the leadership team in staying focused on the highest-impact work

Requirements
- Proven experience in strategy, operations, or execution roles
- Experience as a Chief of Staff, Strategy, Operations, or similar role
- Background in a high-growth startup, scale-up, fintech, or tech environment
- Exposure to consulting, venture investing, corporate strategy, or related fields is a plus
- Experience working closely with senior leadership or founders
- Strong business and execution mindset
- Ability to connect strategy, product, growth, finance, and execution
- Comfortable operating without a fixed playbook
- Strong structured thinking and analytical ability
- Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence without formal authority
- High judgment, discretion, and reliability
- Low ego, high ownership, strong execution bias
